This tract is located between Laurel, MS and Ellisville, MS, East of I59 along Tallahala Creek in Jones County, MS. Approximately 200 acres of this tract was clearcut  in 2009 and allowed to naturally regenerate in hardwood pine mix. The remainder is in older hardwood bottoms. Nearly the entire tract is covered in gnarly bedding habitat that is holding an incredible number of whitetails. There is also a large slogh that makes a perfect wood duck hole. There is no deeded access to this tract but there is an existing road which has provided access for the current owner.
